bug while configuring gmp4.3.2

  As given in manual i gave following commands to configure gmp.
  ./configure
      make
      make check
  
  after make check i got list of make-check test in that one got failed i.e.
  t-scan.
  can you please tell me the sollution for it. error : segmentation fault
