FAILED t-scan test of the arm-2009q3-67-arm-none-linux-gnueabi gmp-stable.

Hello,
When I test gmb-stable i see that fail.
What is the reason to that issue ?

steps are:
   cd gmp-stable/
   ./configure
   make
   sudo make install
   make check

...
