Yes.  Actually the patch was missing a hunk that removes Jaguar from the K8 
fallback. Attaching the correct patch.

As long as WOW64 and 32bit subsystems on Linux exist the newer processor 
families should at least get sorted in correctly with the existing ones.  
Otherwise people with newer machines will get degraded performance for no 
good reason.

Not that I know of, it just puts the newer processor families into the 
branch of the case statements that seem to be the most appropriate (i.e. 
with their latest predecessor that has specific support).
