build problem for 32bit i386 (both pentium-m and barcelona affected)

Just noticed that

ifdef(`PIC_WITH_EBX',`
	generate_movl_eip_to_ebx
')

is actually redundant in both files (with my patch), as the 'ret' macro 
already does this for us.

New, simplified patch attached.
