build problem for 32bit i386 (both pentium-m and barcelona affected)

no miningful information is missing.
GCC used was 4.6 (debian) 4.6.3 4.7 (debian) 4.7.3 4.8.2 none been able to build it.
Configuration:
--build=i686-linux-gnu --host=i686-linux-gnu --target=i686-linux-gnu --enable-assert --enable-cxx --enable-fat ABI=32
I sent offending file.
