tuneup crash after proper libgmp build/check/install on Macbookpro11 (Haswell/AVX2) Mavericks

Just to let you know, I found how to get tuneup running.
Actually I didn’t really correct the « disease » but the « symptoms » by changing the number of repetitions done in speed_measure.
First I tried to change the tolerance to 1.1 instead of 1.01, which worked fine but I finally preferred to increase the number of reps by having bigger arrays t and T_unsorted (60 seemed OK).
