To Whom It May Concern:

I've never done this before, so I apologize if I omit any information or
violate some protocol. Upon attempting to build gmp-4.3.2 on Ubuntu 13.10,
32 bit version, upon running make tests, the test called "t-scan" failed
with a segmentation fault. I attempted to run the tests again immediately,
with the same result.

If there's any other information I can provide, please advise.
