Unable to compile gmp-6.0.0 with --enable-fat

I get an error message 
tmp-k8_redc_1.s:153:17: error: invalid reassignment of non-absolute variable 'L0m4_tmp'
 .set L0m4_tmp, L0m4-Ltab
terminating make.

Attached please find gmp-issue.zip containing a copy of the screen along with config.m4 and
mpn/tmp-k8_redc_1.s.

These should give all the requested information for reporting bugs.
