Failed to compile GMP 5.0.1

Hi,

I'm trying to build a Raspberry Pi cross compiler using the instructions 
here <http://www.gurucoding.com/en/rpi_cross_compiler/index.php>. It's a 
long slow process, but I'm persevering.

I'm actually using Windows 7 rather than XP as my Windows VM, but when I 
attempt to compile gmp v5.0.1, I get the following message when running 
'make check' :

    make[4]: Entering directory `/opt/crosstool/src/build-gmp/tests/mpz'
    ....
    FAIL: t-scan.exe
    ....
    ====================================
    1 of 58 tests failed
    Please report to gmp-bugs at gmplib.org
    ====================================

There is also a Windows APPCRASH of t-scan.exe.

Any help appreciated.
