FreeBSD ARM?

It is clear that the assembler fails to decode quite plain ARM
instructions.  The fix for this needs to be on the FreeBSD side.

The FreeBSD project unfortunately has a policy for quite obsolete GNU
tools in the default install.  You might be bitten by that here.  Net
and Open might be alternatives until Free changes it mind.  More
recently, Free moved to substandard non-GNU build tools.
