[gmp] [powerpc] GMP build is broken because asm {...} syntax has been removed from latest toolchains

Sorry, not. It breaks GMP in the case of using that weird and obsolete
syntax. It doesn't mean anything, you can call mnemonics whatever you
want, actual machine code will not change.
And It doesn't break GMP on 32-bit PowerPC nor on 64-bit PowerPC.

I can also turn my sed-s into diff as a direct result of executing
these sed-s. It is very simple. Attached.
