CXX tests failure, gmp 5.0.4, compiled with gcc 4.6.2 on openindiana

It seems that C++ exceptions are broken on your platform (so you should 
talk to whoever maintains your compiler port). We had a similar report on 
BSD and on arm-linux, both with gcc 4.6.*, if you want to search the list. 
I am a bit surprised that exceptions can be totally broken on so many 
platforms...
