GMP 5.0.4 fails "make check" on sparc64 OpenBSD 5.0

GMP 5.0.4 fails "make check" on sparc64 Open BSD 5.0 running on a
SunBlade2500 fitted with two UltraSparc IIIi cpus and 4G RAM.

The distkit was freshly downloaded from gmplib.org and unpacked in the
usual manner.

The output of "./configure" is attached as config.out.  The stdout and
stderr of the initial make are attached as make.std{out,err}
respectively.  The outputs of a subsequent "make check" are attached
likewise.

Gcc and system details are summarized by:

The OS install is straight from the distribution CD with minimal
configuration thereafter.

Incidentally, the same problem may occur in GMP 5.0.2 but only indirect
evidence is available.  The OpenBSD 5.0 "ecm " "package were previoulsly
installed.  GNU-ECM v 6.3 failed on sporadic occasions; this was the
incentive for me to download and attempt to build GMP 5.0.4.  I will
take up this matter with the OpenBSD people separately.
