Build failure for 5.1.0-RC2 on Mac OS 10.8

Torbjorn,
   This last version of mod_34lsub1.asm solves the build issues here under
Xcode 4.5.2 on 10.8.2 using either the llvm-gcc-4.2 or clang compilers. In both
cases, the build completes without errors and as does make check. Thanks
for fixing this.
