I don't see any failure there. If you are surprised that some parts of GMP 
are tested by 0 tests, that's because you didn't enable those parts, so 
there is nothing to test. To enable cxx, you can use .../configure 
--enable-cxx for instance (see the manual).

If you need sudo for anything other than "make install", you are doing 
something wrong.
