gmp 5.0.5 RPM RPATHS ERROR

* the functionality when the path before '..' is a symlink 


ERROR 0020: file '/usr/lib/libgmpxx.so.4.2.5' contains an rpath referencing '..' of an absolute path [/usr/lib/../lib64] 
error: Bad exit status from /tools/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.E0WUH1 (%install) 

If I disable the RPATH-checker it installs and functions fine, but I thought you might like to know.
