I've an updated version of my patch which also includes support for both ABIs on s390x.
Apart from that I've also added cpu detection and umul_ppmm. The only reason why I didn't
post it yet is that I see the t-printf testcase fail when optimizing for z196. I'm
currently debugging that. I also hope to be able to add two more tuning headers.
