Cross-compiling GMP for Android

Torbjörn,

I do apologize for the multiple messages.  In my defense, I had just
spent several hours fighting with autoconf and was frustrated with it.
 Of course I don't expect you or anyone else on this list to reply
"quickly enough", and I'm grateful for any time you or anyone else
here can spend working with me on this autoconf problem.
