undefined reference to `BMOD_1_TO_MOD_1_THRESHOLD'

Ah, this is bad.  

One needs to add BMOD_1_TO_MOD_1_THRESHOLD to the fat_thresholds
variable, and add the corresponding field to the cpuvec struct in
gmp-impl.h.  I will check in a change withina few days.
