Administrativia: Blacklisting google addresses

We're experiencing a spam flood originating to 99% from Google's
machines.  The volume is larger than we care to handle.

We have asked Google for urgent actions, but as others have experienced
no actions whatsoever from Google in similar situations, we are not very
hopeful.

If the spam flood continues, we will later today blackhole Google's
machines in our firewall.

IMPORTANT: Please don't use Google for mailing to the GMP mailing lists.
We will not mail out any further notice when we blackhole Google's
machines; we will however make a note on the GMP web page (in the
section about mailing lists).
