Which files are identical?  Surely, the mpn/x86_64/core2/gmp-mparam.h
files are not equal in the two releases, they are not even the same
size:

-rw-rw-r--  1 tege  tege  5964 Jan  7 21:09 gmp-4.3.2/mpn/x86_64/core2/gmp-mparam.h
