Compiling GMP on OS X 10.6 (snow leopard)

Thank you for your help.

I am trying to compile gm-4.3.1.

I am attaching my zipped ./configure.log.  For grins I'm also
attaching my make log.

Since it's failing at the libtool stage - I tried the libtool that
comes with OS X - but with no luck.  I'm not familiar with the app.
