I can't install gmp

 I did test a 'hello world!' program in C. With Xcode, I compiled and it print out it. GCC was installed when I installed XCode.

But it is apparently not working for the gmp library so I tried install gcc manually and know this installation does not go through.

Your compiler installation does apparently not work.  It seems that the

compiler driver passes options to the linker that the linker does not

understand.



Have you tried manually compiling a trivial C file?  I'd be surprised if

it works.
