'make check' error

Hello!
I tried to compile gmp-4.3.0 on my Linux system.
When I run 'make check', unfortunatly got error.
I enclose check log.

Our Linux system is below. (result of uname -a command)
Linux mlsl103 2.4.21-54.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed Feb 20 15:43:56 EST 2008 x86_64
x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

And gcc version is below (result of gcc -v command)
