gmp 4.3.0 tests fail on Mac OS X 10.5

I reported bugs to Apple some years ago, and got no sensible feedback.

Feel free to create bug reports from the Apple bugs you see on the GMP
mailing lists, if you have spare time to volunteer for Apple.  :-)
