GMP upgrade to 4.2.4 leads to errors in PARI/GP

I've got a reply from Bill Allombert. This is a problem in PARI
(concerning the behavior *after* rebuilding it), which requires
sizeof(mp_limb_t)==sizeof(long)==sizeof(long*).
