I wouldn't say "broken", just that it may lie on the ABI compatibility.

It could also be a bug in GP/PARI, if it uses GMP internals.

Also I get a crash in the CLN library, when I start ginsh. And GMP
is the only dependent library that has changed. Now, I don't remember
if this version of ginsh has ever worked.
