[gmp-4.3.1] configure script does not work with bash 3.2.48(1)

Hello!

In the configure script this line:

BITS_PER_MP_LIMB=`expr 8 \* $ac_cv_sizeof_mp_limb_t`

cannot be executed.

I read out $ac_cv_sizeof_mp_limb_t manually and changed the line to:

BITS_PER_MP_LIMB=`expr 8 \* 4`

which works.
