problem with "make check" on windows with shared library

If there is any DOS user/developer that follows things through, then
there is hope for improvement.  I have given up trying to do anything
for the DOS users wrt GMP, since the DOS people just drop the issues
without reason.  For a recent example, look at this thread:

Pehaps the problem is that DOS users are provoked by that I call DOS by
its proper name, DOS?  :-)
