fink gmp build

  The build used by the fink project for gmp
on Intel Darwin9 is configured with...

ABI=32 ./configure  --libdir=/sw/lib --infodir=/sw/lib  --enable-cxx

and CPPFLAGS is set to  -fexceptions. I'll send a compressed
config.log tonight for this build. I see no problems on
powerpc-apple-darwin9 or x86_64-apple-darwin9 with the
testsuite.
