Just to report libgmp test failure on 6.3-STABLE alpha.
The same failure occurs using gcc-3.4.6 and gcc-4.2.5.
GMP is regression tested on several alpha systems every night,
including alphaev56-unknown-freebsd6.2, and C++ is disabled for all of
them, with the comment "throw/catch segfaults (tried many gcc
versions)".
You're welcome to isolate the problem. It might be a GMP C++ related
bug, but it is probably a more generic GCC problem.
