GMP treats pentium3 as i686, refuses to select mpn/x86/p6/p3mmx

Hm, you are right. My distro (Gentoo) automatically replaced config.guess
and config.sub for me, so when I was trying to debug this, I was looking at
the wrong code. I will go report this to Gentoo instead. Sorry for the false
alarm.
