Possible gmp-4.2.2 link-time bug

The attached ASCII listing is a complete report of the link-time problem 
that I am encountering. It is all the information that I have at this 
time. I have tried to compile both with and without including gmp.h. I 
have also tried interchanging the order of gmpxx.h and gmp.h, but the 
result is the same. In my past experience with my compiler, an undefined 
reference to __gmp_doprnt_mpf2 usually indicates that a module is 
missing from the library.

For your convenience I'm including a return receipt. Please let me know 
what is causing the problem and if you need any additional information.
