make check fails on amd64 Solaris

Please see included file.  I cut out the tests that passed, and there 
were a lot of passed, before the fail.

I am building gmp latest on Solaris amd64 with Sun's Studio 10 compiler. 
  It fails one of the tests.  What can I do to fix this?
