GMP-4.1.4 Build on Mac OS X 10.3 (automounted)

To get gmp-4.1.4 to build on a automounted disk mounted via the FINDER,
I need to regenerate the configure script using autoconf v2.59 (4.1.4's
was generated from autoconf 2.52).  The error was in the CONFIG_LINK
section since 'ln -s' and 'ln' both failed on the automounted disk 
drive.

Using autoconf v2.59 to create the configure file fixed this.
