Replacement bug reports mailing list

I am moving the primary GMP bug reports mailing list to
gmp-bugs@swox.com.

Please subscribe at https://gmplib.org/mailman/listinfo/gmp-bugs
now.

This new list will be more actively filtered against viruses,
spam (including bounce spam from "antivirus" companies) than
gnu.org lists.

The old list will remain valid, since it is mentioned in the GMP
manual.  I plan to have gmp-bugs@swox.com subscribe to
bug-gmp@gnu.org shortly, when people have switched over.

(This move is triggered by the lax filtering practices of
gnu.org.  We had to block most incoming mail from their machines
last week, to stop a flood of junk mail to various lists there.
This move does not mean Swox is changing anything about how GMP
is handled or maintained.)
