Hi:

Our mingw-w64 (mingw-w64.sf.net) runs automated builds
using buildbot. Buildbot runs on python and our builders
report failures during gmp builds which is related to this
old issue:

We would very much like this be solved. Any of the three
solutions suggested in the mail linked above would be OK.
