mpq_class documentation is not explicit about canonicalization

Indeed, for some reason the & appears bold in the pdf version, I hadn't 
noticed (did you notice anything else?). Weird bug.

That is actually the first thing I had tried, and what is already done for 
gmp_randclass.

I tried something else because it leaves a space at the beginning of the 
line (between the empty return type and the function name), at least in 
some formats (info maybe?).

Still, it looks good enough to me.
